The room was spacious. A comfortable sofa WAS a major asset.
The gym was below ANY standard. I have seen better equipped facilities at budget hotels. the pool was closed. I found this pretty annoying.

The staff were always available and eager to assist. check-in was quick, and i received an early check-in without issue. the hotel also has a proper parking lot. It is a rare find.

The room was clean and well soundproofed. it allowed for relaxation after long days of exploring. the hotel provided free water in the rooms. A cool shower and tub were available.

the personal were professional and always ready to help. they even assisted with arranging a surprise. the staff open the door from cabs to enter the hotel, they grab all bags. they provide wonderful service.

The location is perfect right in the center and close to the metro station. transportation options near the hotel are abundant. shops, bars, clubs, and restaurants are also super close. We loved the location. but the transport was amazing!
